Why grow here

Built around the breath — and your career.

The same care we put into the first FDA-approved therapy for obstructive sleep apnea, we put into the people who make it possible.

Move laterally, grow vertically

Try a new function, take on a stretch project, or step into leadership. Internal mobility is a first-class path at Inspire.

Learn on the company

Tuition assistance, certifications, and a yearly learning stipend keep your skills compounding alongside our technology.

Mentorship that matters

Pair with leaders across R&D, Clinical, Commercial and G&A who've walked the path you're considering.

Inspire team committed to patients

Committed to patients. Committed to you.

Grow inside the team transforming sleep.

Since 2007, Inspire has built the first and only FDA-approved therapy that works with the body's natural breathing process. The same care we put into our patients shows up in how we invest in the people behind the work — through mentorship, mobility, and meaningful career conversations.

From Golden Valley to the field, your next chapter at Inspire is one conversation away.

FAQ

Good questions, clear answers.

How long do I need to be in my current role to apply internally?
Generally 12 months, though stretch assignments are open immediately and exceptions are made with manager support.
Will my manager know I'm exploring?
Initial conversations with Talent Mobility are confidential. We loop in your manager when you advance to a formal interview.
Do I keep my tenure, PTO, and benefits?
Yes. Internal moves are continuous — your tenure, vesting, and benefits travel with you.
What if the role is in a different location?
We offer relocation support for qualifying roles, and many positions at our Golden Valley, MN headquarters and field roles are eligible for hybrid or remote arrangements.
